New Internet Banking

We have rolled out our new Internet Banking Platform on September 25th, 2024.

Things to know about our new product…

1. The App version will be updated when you first use the app.

2. Online, Mobile or App versions look very similar.

3. Mobile Deposit only works within the App and you must choose the Menu button then choose Deposit.

4. If you experience any issues with Bill Pay or Zelle, please contact your local branch. There may be additional maintenance that must be completed.

5. You can now manage your Frazer Bank Debit Card from the Online login, not just from the App. (There are a few users that this is not working. Please contact your branch to let them know)

This allows you to:

View spending by category, monthly trends and location.

Easily lock and unlock cards.

Restrict purchases to location, merchant categories or transaction types.

Set up alerts based on transaction type, merchant category, location or spend limit.

6. Text Banking will no longer be available. You can set up Internet banking using the Mobile App and then set up Instant Balance for quick access to balances.
